Last week, the Board of Directors of the Institute of Psychological Research, Training and Application (IPRTA) participated in the international conference on Social Psychology to be held every 2 years at the Hong Kong University of Education from July 13 to 15, 2023.
This international conference is organized by the Asian Association for Social Psychology (AASP), with this year’s theme being “Asian Psychology in the Context of Global Challenges: Achievements and Opportunities”.
The program had 161 presentations combining both in-person and online presentations. The conference focused on topics such as mental health in the school setting, the impact of Covid-19, culture and factors influencing well-being, behavioral science, psychology of leadership, the relationship between behavior and culture, and social environment.
A total of 681 participants attended the workshop, including psychologists, sociologists, leaders of organizations, academia, researchers and social workers from many countries.
Within the framework of the conference, the signing ceremony of cooperation between the Vietnam Psychological Association and the Asian Association of Social Psychology took place. This partnership provides an opportunity for the Vietnam Psychological Association and its member organizations to engage in activities aimed at enhancing their ability to research and provide professional psychological support services.
IPRTA is a member of the Vietnam Psychological Association, licensed by the Ministry of Science and Technology on June 16, 2023, with the function of organizing activities and services related to psychological research, training and application.
