On April 16, 2023, within the framework of a series of activities to respond to Vietnam Book and Reading Culture Day (29/04), Ben Tre Provincial Union coordinates with the Department of Education and Training to organize a Career and Entrepreneurship Day, commending “Students 3 training” and Connecting “Students 3 good”, “Students 5 good” in 2023.
Attending the activities were Comrade Nguyen Thi Mai Ry – Permanent Vice Chairman of the provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee; Mr. Vo Van Be Hai – Deputy Director of the provincial Department of Education and Training; Comrade Lam Nhu Quynh – Member of the Central Committee of the Union, Secretary of the Provincial Union; Comrade Vo Thi Phuong Dieu – Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Union, Chairman of the Provincial Team Council; members of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Union, the Standing Committee of districts, member unions, equivalent delegations and affiliated school delegations and 600 officials, union members, students and students in the province.
The Career and Entrepreneurship Day also had the participation of speakers who are business owners, experts, scientists working in the fields of human resource management, entrepreneurship, educational psychology Mr. Tran Anh Tuan – Human resource forecaster, Vice President of Ho Chi Minh City Vocational Education Association; Dr. Tran Thanh Thuong – Head of Admissions and Student Affairs Department of HCMC University of Technology and Education; Ms. Ngo Tuong Vy – Chairman of Ben Tre Pioneer Club, Director of Chanh Thu Fruit Import and Export Co., Ltd.; Master Nguyen Quoc Giang – Lecturer in Social Work, Deputy Director of Institute of Psychological Research – Training and Application.
At the festival, staffs, union members and students participated in many useful and practical activities Visiting the “Space for Integration and Future Career Creation”, participating in English games, interacting with foreign teachers and visiting start-up consulting booths, career guidance; Attending the workshop “Life skills for Gen Z”, listen to Master Nguyen Quoc Giang share a topic on time management skills and stress management.
At the forum, students exchanged and listened to 04 speakers who are experts, scientists, business owners share experiences, skills to choose a career, realize ideas … The sharing sessions provided knowledge, skills and motivation to overcome difficulties and challenges, strengthened the determination to study and start a business among union members and children.
