The International Conference on Organizational Psychology (ICOP 2023) with the theme “Applied Psychology in Team Building and Leadership Development” is a forum to exchange and present its research works. Besides, it helps them understand the importance of Organizational Psychology affecting the development of teams and leadership, organizational safety.
