I. DR. PETER CAUWELIER

Dr. Peter Cauwelier is an internationally experienced and globally recognized expert in team development and leadership. With over 30 years of experience, Peter is a Team Coordinator at ASIO Consulting, helping teams achieve outstanding results through team development, thematic presentations, team leadership, and collaborative problem solving.

As a former President, and member of the Board of Management at the International Academy of Action Learning (WIAL), Peter focuses on developing individual leaders using the principles of action-learning. He believes that true leadership development goes far beyond traditional training or coaching sessions. By enabling teams to take action on real-world business issues, they can simultaneously enhance their leadership and team skills.

Peter’s method, known as TEAM.AS. ONE, which focuses on the importance of psychological safety in a team. By starting with the team’s abilities and culture, Peter facilitates change and helps teams find solutions to pressing organizational problems. The collaborative atmosphere creates psychological safety, leading to sustained success.

In addition to his consulting work, Peter also had the opportunity to share his passion and experience with various MBA and EMBA teams. Duong Thuy Quynh, PCC

Ms. Duong Thuy Quynh has more than 22 years of experience working in the Media industry, with various fields including media companies and commercial banks. She also used to be Communications Director at Navigos Vietnam Group, owning two leading recruitment services in Vietnam, VietnamWorks and Navigos Search. In addition, Ms. Quynh holds a certificate in Corporate Wellness Coach from Kingstown College (Ireland).

As a member of the Executive Board of Navigos Group Vietnam, she had the opportunity to work with top leaders in each department, sharing challenges as well as overcoming them together. With 10 years working in an organization with diverse generations, genders, experiences and skills, she has gained a wealth of experience and a deep awareness of people, culture and leadership.

As Vietnam’s leading Executive Coach, she is dedicated to supporting leaders, especially young people, to help them not only overcome new challenges and opportunities, but also accompany them in building an exceptional and effective leadership style.

She is a PCC certified Professional Coach from the International Coaching Federation (ICF). She is also an Endorsed Trainer from the world’s leading Leadership Coach Training Center in the US – Center for Executive Coach.

III. DR. NGUYEN NGOC QUYNH DAO

Dr. Nguyen Ngoc Quynh Dao is a leading expert in the field of psychology, with a PhD in psychology from the Academy of Social Sciences. She is currently the Head of the Department of Psychology at Saigon University and has extensive teaching and coaching experience in areas such as love-marriage-family psychology, child psychology, business psychology and emotional intelligence (EQ).

She has also made many contributions and collaborations in the media industry, working as a professional advisor for many television programs and training institutes, such as the Institute of Management and Finance (IFA) and the Research Institute of Human Resource Development – University of Economics Ho Chi Minh City. She is also a psychological development specialist at John Robert Powers School – Vietnam.

Dr. Nguyen Ngoc Quynh Dao has more than 20 years of experience in teaching and coaching skills, including presentation skills, negotiation – persuasion skills, sales skills, self-image building skills and life value formation. She has collaborated with many large domestic and foreign corporations such as Vietnam Oil and Gas Group (PetroVietnam), Electricity Group (EVN), Post and Telecommunications Group (VNPT), CP Group, and many others.

IV: DR. NGUYEN THI THANH VAN

Dr. Nguyen Thi Thanh Van is a well-known expert in the field of Psychology in Vietnam. She worked as a lecturer at the Department of Psychology of the People’s Security University and later became Deputy Dean. She is currently the Head of Psychology at HUTECH’s Faculty of Social Sciences and Public Relations, HUTECH Institute for Cooperation and Training Development.

Starting her study journey in 1997 at the People’s Security University, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, she chose to study Criminal Investigation. After that, she went on to study Educational Psychology at HCMC University of Social Sciences and Agriculture from 2007 to 2009.

She further improved her knowledge by studying English Language at the Hanoi People’s Security Academy from 2013 to 2015. She also studied Psychology at HCMC University of Education from 2010 to 2012.

Finally, she completed her PhD in Psychology at the Academy of Social Sciences, Hanoi, from 2015 to 2018. Her PhD thesis focused on studying the emotional control of CAND Southern students.

In addition, she has participated in many other training courses such as management training in education, pedagogy, and The Train the ESP Trainer Program from RMIT University Vietnam.

Dr. Nguyen Thi Thanh Van has made many important contributions in the field of Psychology through her research. Here are some typical works:

V. MASTER PHAN KIM XUYEN

Mr. Phan Kim Xuyen

Phan Kim Xuyen is a psychologist with a deep understanding of cognitive-behavioral psychology and hands-on experience in a multidisciplinary approach. She has made many contributions to mental health support and education, especially during and after the COVID-19 pandemic.
A master’s degree in Disability Support Policy and Practice from Flinders University, Australia and having worked in many important positions in this field, she is a Visiting Lecturer in Psychological Nursing Care at Hong Bang International University and has also taught classes in Health Psychology at the University of Social Sciences and Humanities, Vietnam National University Ho Chi Minh City. She has worked for a long time at the National Psychiatric Hospital 2 – Bien Hoa.
During her time at Samsung Electronics HCMC CE Complex SEHC, she has focused on increasing awareness and supporting mental health in the workplace. She is the founder of MHMSC – a project to manage and self-manage mental health in the community, and is currently collaborating with colleagues and clinics to expand psychosocial services in a hybrid model.

Ms. Kim Xuyen is currently the founder and manager of psychology services at MHCPlus. MHCPlus focuses on providing counseling, care, and training to people with psychological disorders and emotional problems, accompanied by chronic or non-chronic conditions, helping users adapt to the limitations of thinking skills and functions caused by illness; Adjust and customize your daily routine to live a meaningful life.

  1. Member of the charity “The One I Save Carries”, founded in 2006 to help people in economically disadvantaged circumstances, focuses mainly on helping people with mental health difficulties and disabilities.
  2. Emergency consultation at Psycho-Social First Aid (PSFA) – Vietnam Psychotherapy Association.
  3. Volunteer member of “The Companian of Doctors-Community” Project, as a remote consultant, performs remote health check-ups and monitoring for COVID-19 patients.
  4. Founded MHMSC (Mental Health Management & Self-Management in Community), a mental health self-management and self-management project in the community, providing volunteer counseling and providing support to people with mental health difficulties.
