INSTITUTE FOR PSYCHOLOGICAL RESEARCH, TRAINING AND APPLICATION
Institute for Psychological Research, Training, and Application has been a Vietnam Association of Psychology member since March 2023. It was granted permission to operate by the Ministry of Science and Technology under license number A-2587 on June 16, 2023. The institute is dedicated to conducting research and applying psychology in social life.
IPRTA brings together experienced experts in various fields of clinical psychology, educational psychology, counseling and therapy, social work, organizational psychology, and resource development. Its goal is to contribute to the understanding and application of psychology in society through research, training, and application activities.

IPRTA Institute is responsible for research, training, application, service provision, and the transfer of scientific and technological knowledge in the field of psychology to organizations and individuals both domestically and internationally, as regulated by the Statute of the Vietnam Psychology Association, and in compliance with the regulations of the State and Vietnamese Law.

- Life skills and career guidance for all age groups.
- Training in counseling and therapy, psychological intervention for individuals with atypical social behavior and other social issues.
- Training for workforce development, personal branding, organizational development, and leadership capacity enhancement.

Before the establishment of the Institute, I had many years of experience working in early childhood education and specialized research in child psychology, especially focusing on preschool children with communication difficulties, developmental disorders, crises, emotional outbursts, and autism spectrum disorders. I founded the Uoc Mo Cua Me (Mother’s Dream) Education and Psychological Counseling Center with the purpose of screening and evaluating preschool children for early detection, timely intervention, integrating therapy and psychological education for children; simultaneously sharing with kindergarten teachers to improve awareness and educational methods to help children integrate into the preschool environment and society.
The support of experts in the field of psychology has given me the motivation to connect with colleagues in psychology and related fields, sharing a common goal for a healthier generation of children and the mental health of the Vietnamese community. From there, I established the Institute for Psychological Research, Training and Application (IPRTA) in Thu Duc City – Ho Chi Minh City.
As the founder and the professional administrator, my goal is to establish relationships, cooperate with leading domestic and international experts as well as businesses interested in investing and developing education, wishing to build an ecosystem of Research Institute, Psychological Therapy & Skill Development Centers and Schools. We will participate in researching, training and applying scientific advances in various aspects of child and adolescent development, career orientation, understanding the value of profession and readiness of knowledge for successful startup of the younger generation.
Vietnam has many passionate psychology experts, and I look forward to cooperating with them to continue and develop the field of psychology in our country. Alongside that, I will work with a team of professionals, guided by the advisory board of professors, to research and find innovative solutions to improve the quality and efficiency of our human resource training programs for organizations.
