Before the establishment of the Institute, I had many years of experience working in early childhood education and specialized research in child psychology, especially focusing on preschool children with communication difficulties, developmental disorders, crises, emotional outbursts, and autism spectrum disorders. I founded the Uoc Mo Cua Me (Mother’s Dream) Education and Psychological Counseling Center with the purpose of screening and evaluating preschool children for early detection, timely intervention, integrating therapy and psychological education for children; simultaneously sharing with kindergarten teachers to improve awareness and educational methods to help children integrate into the preschool environment and society.
The support of experts in the field of psychology has given me the motivation to connect with colleagues in psychology and related fields, sharing a common goal for a healthier generation of children and the mental health of the Vietnamese community. From there, I established the Institute for Psychological Research, Training and Application (IPRTA) in Thu Duc City – Ho Chi Minh City.
As the founder and the professional administrator, my goal is to establish relationships, cooperate with leading domestic and international experts as well as businesses interested in investing and developing education, wishing to build an ecosystem of Research Institute, Psychological Therapy & Skill Development Centers and Schools. We will participate in researching, training and applying scientific advances in various aspects of child and adolescent development, career orientation, understanding the value of profession and readiness of knowledge for successful startup of the younger generation.
Vietnam has many passionate psychology experts, and I look forward to cooperating with them to continue and develop the field of psychology in our country. Alongside that, I will work with a team of professionals, guided by the advisory board of professors, to research and find innovative solutions to improve the quality and efficiency of our human resource training programs for organizations.
