TOPIC “SOCIAL NETWORK SAFETY”
The seminar taught students to identify popular social networking sites, how to use social networks effectively and age-appropriate use time, not to be adversely affected when exposed to impersonation and fraudulent sites. Through real-world examples and hands-on activities, the program provides more useful knowledge on how to protect personal information, recognize the threat and impact of bullying on social media. The program also evokes the messages of effective use of social media for children when interacting with family, friends and society.

The workshop helps students find their values, thereby discovering each person’s strengths and potential. The journey of self-examination requires many factors as well as the help of family, friends and the school. Respecting your self-worth and the value of others around you is a way to make your child happier. Thereby, the program helps students better understand themselves, as well as know how to choose their own values that are suitable for their own identity, helping their personal development and the small community they are studying and living in.

The seminar helps students understand how to protect themselves, be aware of the events happening around them to have the right reflective and safe thinking. The program also teaches students how to stay away from dangers or explore the world as much as possible, giving them more confidence to explore the colorful life. In addition, the instructor will provide practical and useful knowledge to help children know how to protect themselves and handle situations to stay safe not only in the natural environment but also on the internet.
